The possible reason for getting the error could be absence of jars in the lib folder of hadoop and hive.

You can manually add the jars, please refer below commands,

/usr/lib/hive/lib/hive-serdes-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar

Make sure hive-serdes-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar should be present in the hive/lib, if not please download the jar and provide the path of the jar.
